Avantel

BRIEF | Several years ago, Avantel (a telephone company that was bought by Axtel and a pioneer in digital telephony) launched a new service that would require certain skills on the part of the user. The service would include somewhat more sophisticated equipment than telephony (current at the time). We developed a series of videos in which it would be necessary to have a character to guide the user.

Each of the 16 modules of which these videos were made up required specific actions and dialogue from the character.

For the design of this we thought of a concept of robot - multitasking that could reflect the virtues of the product: fast, effective and efficient, friendly, easy to use, productive, etc.

The character's name was AL (which arose from the first and last letter of the mark).

For the voice of the character we required a dubbing actor who had to recover the complete personality of AL.
