Project Delivery
2023

A real estate developer commissioned us to generate architectural visualizations of a project in the planning stage. The objective was twofold: on one hand, to present the development to potential investors, demonstrating the investment's viability and appeal; on the other, to market the units to end clients before construction was advanced. Both audiences demanded different levels of detail and finishes but shared the same need: to see the project before it physically existed.

Digital representation for investment and commercialization
The process included digital modeling of the project, application of materials and textures, and rendering of images at different times of day to show natural light incidence. Interior views were also generated to appreciate the livable spaces, finishes, and real dimensions of each unit. The visualizations had to be technically precise for investors and emotionally attractive for end buyers, a balance that defined every composition and finish decision.
The starting point was the references provided by the client: architectural plans, reference renders, material palettes, and technical project documentation. From that information, we developed visualizations that accurately represented the volume, finishes, and integration of the project with its surroundings. Each image had to communicate not just the form but the atmosphere of the space: the quality of light, material textures, the relationship between volumes, and the urban or natural context.
